Pond Liner On Site Welding Service

Sometimes when a pond needs lining, there can be difficult corners to get round and different depths to reach. Pond liner, although stretchy and flexible; still leaves folds and wrinkles. This makes the finish look a bit shabby especially in a modern scheme where the angles are the key feature. We can cut the liner like fabric to suit the shape of the pond’s sides and then cold weld the seams and corners to give a wrinkle free finish.

The pond in the images here was intended to be fibreglassed, but due to moisture coming through the rendered walls, this wasn’t possible. Instead- we cut the liner into sections to fit each side. Once glued into position, we glued the bottom in and glued the bottom drain in. after that, the pipework and the skimmer were sealed in. Approximately 25,000 litres of water went in and the results were great. The fish were added 6 weeks later.
